Solved 3cx doesn't send email

I just noticed 3cx system v15.5 doesn't send Welcome message.
3CX SMTP server - Test -> ErrorInProcessing:4.3.2 Internal server error

Any idea?

Which service is responsible for 3cx SMTP ?

Restarting "3CX event notification manager" fixed it. No interruption at all.
