Solved 3cx Edge extension

Hello,

All of our users have the 3CX Edge extension v4.3.0.348 installed.
Problem: It seems that it only works with half of our users.
The 3cx extension remains grey and when we log in to the web client there's no notification to activate it.
The extension is installed by a group policy.
3cx server is on premise v18.0.226.

The Chrome/Edge extension is not supported on v18. Please use the new DesktopApp.

For the time being, the new Desktop App is only available for Windows. It is though designed in Electron, so there is a chance it will introduced to other platforms in the future. Don't take this as a promise, just that it would be fairly easy, as Electron enables cross-platform apps in quite an easy way.

For the time being, we would have to suggest using the full-fledged WebClient.
