3CX EXTENSIONS DEACTIVATION

Hello team,

I have been looking for a button to disable some extensions instead of deleting them but that kind of a feature doensnt seem to be there.

Who else thinks that 3CX technical team should add that feature instead of deleting extensions after a user leaves the company the extension to be disabled or suspended for future use.

What 3CX version are you running?

If you're running 3CX V18, you can actually just regenerate all credentials from the "Users" section:



Just make sure that the Email address for that extension has been removed from the extension settings so that a new welcome email with the new credentials is not received by the user.
