3CX extension's not ringing on Android

Today we noticed an issue happening to users with Android App.
The incoming calls are not ringing or showing any notification.
When the caller ends the call, it shows on Missed calls.

I checked the PUSH configurations under Forwarding Rules and Phone Provisioning, it's all okay.
I have created a new extension to test but the same issue happens.

3CX version: 18.0 Update 3
Android version: 12

Do you have any tips on how to troubleshoot this?

I believe push registration expires after a week if the app isn't opened. Restarting the app/using it or simply restarting the phone might work

We tried restarting the app and the phone, but it didn't change the situation. We reinstalled the app and created a new extension but the issue happened again.
