I am getting an error on the License page "3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activate.3cx.com". That message is only on the license page and not on the main dashboard. This instance has been working for a long time without issue and we have not changed any firewall settings. We are on version 18.0 Update 4(Build 965) hosted on Azure.
What should I do to try to troubleshoot this issue? Do I have to upgrade to Update 5 for this to work again?
Also, just in case I have ran the firewall check and it's all green.

Yes, you need to be on u5 for it to work because 3CX security certs have been changed.

Your partner can see and relay the needed information: https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...-to-v18-update-5by-30th-november-2022.117460/

But basically you should have got an email from 3CX that said:
3CX will be updating the SSL certificates which are required to activate the PBX, and allow secure connections between your customers’ installation and our activation server. These certificates expire every year and are due to be replaced on the 1st December.
In order for customer systems to continue to operate without any issues, it is imperative you upgrade your customers to v18 Update 5by 30th November 2022.
Upgrading to Update 5 is important for your customers to remain able to (re-)activate and refresh license key(s) information.
We will also be emailing the end users urging them to update prior to 30th November.
Regards,
The 3CX Team
