3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activate.3cx.com.

I am trying to install the 3cx telephony system on a windows10 machine.
I get this error when i try to install.
I can ping activation.3cx.com
3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activate.3cx.com.
Ensure that the local or border firewalls are configured to allow outbound traffic to activate.3cx.com

I have tried to deactivate the license and create a new FQDN.
The firewall is allowing all 3cx
Please help!

Which Version you trying to install? You need at least v18 u5.

1. We now use activate.3cx.com, not activation

2. Pinging is just pinging - it does not necessarily mean that the connection will be securely established - sometimes you see activity but these can be replies from your firewall which is blocking the connection.

3. Ensure you activating a version that can still be activated. We recommend you install the latest V18 Update 7, don't use an older installer.

Hi,
I have found the solution.
I have backed up up the current 3cx system.
I have downloaded the latest version from the 3cx website and installed the software.
I chose the option to upload the backup and the installation proceeded with no errors.
The system has activated hustle free, and all the backup up data was restored.
