3cx Fanvil x6 and sennheiser headset not answering via button on headset

HI we have a situation where the sennheiser MB Pro 1 headset will not answer the call by pressing the button on the headset according to their instructional and function manual. Both the handset and the headset rings but will not allow the user to answer the call by pressing the button on the headset, any ideas what we are missing.We have updated all firmware dongle headset and handset.

Is the headset connected to the phone or to the 3CX Desktop/Web client?

Bluetooth dongle is plugged into the phone it came with the headset

Ok in this case since it depends solely on the hardware side, you might need to contact the phone or headset manufacturer.

You can also check in the phone UI to see if there is an option that lets you select this.
