3CX Fax server hangs

Everytime I try to stop the 3CX Fax service it keeps in 'Stopping' state. Killing to process does the trick.

When upgrading 3CX the installation also tries to stop the service cousing the upgrade to fail.

Anyone had the same problem?

What log files do you want? The server log doesn't show anything..
