When I try to run a firewall Check I am getting the following message:

Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'address')

See the screenshot attached.

Also as I am behind dynamic IP address the STUN servers are not getting resolved. Error below:

TUN server stun3.3cx.com:3478 could not be reached (host name is not resolved). It could be that the STUN server you are using is down or a network problem is preventing STUN resolutions. This might cause problems if you use VoIP Providers.

When I run nslooup stun3.3cx.com on the host machine it resolves properly.

Double-checked the setup on the firewall (SonicWall) all seems OK.

I am out of ideas, any help will be much appreciated.

Does this 3CX server have multiple NICs? Does your SonicWall have any security services enabled (geo ip filter, botnet filter, gateway AV)

I haven't seen that error but asked if it has multiple NICs in case it is using the wrong NIC as the default internet facing NIC.

No multiple NIC.

Disabled botnet filter, gateway AV - same story.

I was advised by our account manager to reinstall the 3CX.

On it now.
