3CX for Windows v14 cannot login

Hello, i am running some test on 3cx 14, i have installes 3cx for windows on my Windows 10 with Symantec Security protected PC, bur the soft phone did not login, i have tried this by installing the Android on my cell phone and it logs in OK.

Do you have some tips about this Windows configuration??

PS: I can ping the 3CX PBX with no problem from my computer and the extension is properly set

If this issue has yet to be resolved:
Have you checked the "PhoneSystem Event Log" from the 3CX Server manager when you attempt to Register the Soft Phone?
Is Your Windows 10 installation fully up-to-date?
Have you tried to disable your antivirus/Firewall?
Have you tested any other phones such as a Hard phone, Soft phone from another pc?
