3CX Forums Posting Issues

Why is it I can only post to this message group? But when I try to put a message into "Small Business" it says I need a 3CX system... Obviously I have one.

Now many of our systems are "self-hosted", and I cannot post in the self-hosted forums; because I dont have the proper designation... There is many threads of people talking about how they have many systems now in the cloud with the "on-premise" designation and its normal; there is nothing to be done; You expect people to go above-and-beyond... reinstall... everything.. just so they can post into the message groups?

Pretty crazy... Maybe you guys open it up? How about it 3CX?

Been there, was told it was expected/correct. Just post where you can and mark the post accordingly.
