i install 3CX on Server on my office ... while i'm in office taking ip from same Lan i can't access 3CX with FQDN only with ip like this (https://192.168.100.150:5001)
but from outside Lan i can access it using FQDN its Ok .... so how can i access it using FQDN inside Lan

Another quick point for you anyway is that if you login to the 3CX server you should have a desktop icon (if using Windows) that you can access the console from anyway.

Well first are you using 3CX on Linux or Windows? And are you on the local network?

linux Debian 9 ... 3CX server ip is : 192.168.100.150 and i'm now in office with dhcp ip ... i want to loging to 3CX MC using fqdn not ip

If on the local network just use this link anyway:

http://192.168.100.150:5000/

Do you recall if you stuck to standard ports on install?

Ok icon is for Windows only so see my last post.

Also don't use DHCP for the server IP, if this changes you will not be very popular with your customers.

Static IP or statically assigned to Mac in your DHCP server only please.

why i can't use fqdn in local lan ...

You can if using split DNS (See above post) but for this you will need to select "managed dns" on install and also include a link that resolves on your internal DNS server.

Ok .. another Question ... why all incoming calls show ( anonymos ) not caller number

Wrong string, I have responded through your other string.https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/incoming-call.64509/
