3CX Free - remove IP blacklist

Hi,
we are running 3CX Free and IP address has been blacklisted.
I have connected using another internet service but cannot find where to clear the blacklisting.
Is anybody able to advise where I can do this is 3CX Free?

That’s not available on Free/SMB. You need to wait 24 hours or open a ticket with 3CX to do it.
