Hello Community,
I'm using the latest version of 3CX and I'm trying to integrate with FRESHSALES CRM. I tested the API with a simple post request with POSTMAN and it worked, But when I setup the integration in 3CX, I get the following error:

An error occurred while sending the request.

Started scenario with empty id
Code:

Please how do I resolve this. Thank you very much

Thank you Santos and God bless

Silly question here, but the link to the instructions reference v16 and illustrates options which are not available in the current production release (v15.5). I am able to get the integration to work, however, assume those features are forward looking and not available now? If that's the case, any ETA on v16?

The lookup part is available for v15.5. We added Call Jouranling and Automatic Contact creation in v16. This new version is in alpha stage at the moment, and you should expect the final release to be ready at some point during January.

Thanks @edossantos. I was able to get the integration to the point where it returns the proper information when testing, however, I am not able to get any screen pops when logged into FreshDesk and receiving a call from a contact. Is the integration to this point yet?

You need to be using the Web Client to see the contact link button. Are you using it?

Yes, using the web client as well as being logged into the Freshworks web client. It's probably just something I'm missing.

This is how the integration works:
- When an inbound call arrives, the contact will be taken from Freshsales and imported into 3CX Contacts.
- The contact name will be shown as the caller name, no matter the phone you use.
- If you use the 3CX Web Client, a button to open the contact record will also be shown, as follows:

ok - Thank you for the above reply. This makes more sense to me now. Thank you for your help.
