3CX goes asleep

Tried several settings, to no avail. Keep alive interval is now 15 (minutes?). One step lower is zero, didn't try that because that would disable keep alive altogether. Registration time-out was 120 (lowest) and is now 900. I set TCP transport on and NAT helper off. None of this helps.
I think it is something in the phone (Desire) or in Android (version is 2.2. )

Connection is made via the tunnel btw. Going to try without and report back..

Registering via mobile network is, in my case, not working as expected. I fiddled around with the settings and have been testing a lot, but my Desire keeps loosing it's registration.
When registered via Wifi all works okay.

I am not sure whether this is a Desire problem, an Android problem, a mobile network problem or just my problem. If there is anything more I can test, I'll be glad to hear.

3cx showing not registered

Hi,
I am using a sony xperia Z.

While trying to configure 3cx on my android phone it shows not registered. I am trying to connect to the local network in my company using wifi.

The same values while provide on my 3cx software in my desktop & IP phone works perfectly.

Any ideas why would this be happening.

Your issue sounds as if it is completely different from the posts you "resurrected", along with the fact that they are over three years old, and probably dealing with different versions of everything.

You should start a "fresh" post and provide more details on the issue. Such as what the 3CX Server Log shows during an attempted registration.
