Solved 3cx - Grandstream HT801 - inbound calling not working

Hello All,

I am testing out a GS HT801 FXS station attached to an analog phone and am having issue with inbound connectivity. Outbound calling works fine. Inbound does not - this is over a SIP trunk from Twilio - all other phones work well. I noticed the extension assigned to this FXS device shows red even though the phone is registered. Any suggestions? Also, moving the DID to regular VOIP phone does work. This points to the FXS station. Appreciate any help.

Generally when something is red in 3CX there is an associated message either via exclamation or mouse-over or text such as 'Not supported firmware"

Thanks for the info. Honestly, I just check out the extension today with no prior changes, and it green and inbound is working. Appreciate the response.
