3CX hosted - change port 5060?

Hi, I am trying a hosted 3CX instance and see port 5060 is pre-set. I am not able to properly register 3CX app on my iPhone when connected to my cellular network, works fine on WiFi and on another cellular network. Is there a way I can change the 5060 port to another port on the hosted instance? Thanks

On Hosted, one of the restrictions is you have to use the default ports.

You would need a self-install to change those.

3CX App doesn't use 5060 so this isn't going to help you

Have you tried a different device or a different carrier to see if that works? There might be restrictions on your cellular network.

Hi, yep, I tried another carrier and could connect and place calls just fine. So, it could be a restriction on that network. What is it that could be restricted?

The 3CX mobile apps should use the tunnel for all traffic so it would be port 5090 for UDP and TCP. I am not sure why they would be blocking this though but you could ask them.
