So flipped our NFR licence to 3CX hosted this morning. How do we get access to the server for restarts etc?

If debian instance, use terminal from dashboard and reboot.

No it's not showing the terminal option. also when we get server error and cannot access the webfront what happens

I think OP is talking about the new 3CX hosted system.

Probably a question for the 3CX team

You don't. This is what a hosted instance looks like. If you want control of the VM, then you go rent/setup a VM.

Well what do I do if my server crashes. Surely they can't charge you for tech support for their hosted environment?

Nobody knows, it's in beta, hence why much of this stuff is unknown. But if this is of concern to you, then pony up the $5/month and use something like Lightsail. At the end of the day you are going to have less control over this setup then you would for getting a direct cloud environment from one of the supported providers.

The terminal is not available in Hosting Mode.

You can use the instance manager from your customer portal to do so. May I ask why you feel like rebooting the server?
