3CX hosted FQDN IP changed

The IP connected to our FQDN seems to have changed on it's own. It resolved to one IP then randomly changed to another one a few days later.

Has anyone seen this happen to them?

3CX will never change its DNS randomly. For the DNS to change your IP needs to change and the option in the PBX set to static

Thanks for the confirmation. I wonder how it happened then. I'll leave things be and come back to this thread if it reoccurs. Appreciate the advice.

Apologise for my previous statement. I meant the PBX option should be set to Dynamic for the DNS to change.

Please keep an eye on it and let us know if you experience this again
