3CX Hosted Free Instance down cannot reboot

Hi,

Cannot reboot our 3cx free hosted instance. No longer have access to the web interface either, who can manually reboot for us? There is no shell access to run the reboot either. Thanks in advance.

The free 3CX hosted instances are managed by us so you don't have access to do so.

If you like you can send me your instance details in PM and we can take a look for you
