Solved 3cx hosted instance sizing

Hi,

With the new "hosted-by-3cx" option, how is the specification of the underlying VM decided? There aren't any options in the deployment process for this.

I've deployed two different size keys so far for testing (a 4SC STD and a 32SC ENT) and both appear to have been allocated the same underlying resources - about 25GB storage and 1GB RAM.

Is there any control over this sizing for larger instances, if required?

About the bigger license key, fill up this form : https://www.3cx.com/contact-form/, open a ticket with our Cloud Team, specify the License key and the number of the extensions you have on the bigger PBX ( like the 32SC ) and we will resize your Instance and adjust it accordingly.
After that the only thing you will have to do is resize your Quota.

Ok thanks. That makes sense and is fine for trials and NFR keys which is all this is being used for at the moment.
