3cx Hosted Instance Unavailable - Server Error

I am currently operating off of the free 6 month instance provided by 3cx, set to expire at the end of this month. Unfortunately, today that instance went down. I can bring up the login page via IP or FQDN but when attempting to login I receive "Server Error" and my phone clients cannot connect via any method. Without having any access to SSH into the instance or any way to restart that instance I am stuck without any ability to either fix the current instance or make a backup to migrate without having to reconfigure everything. I'm hoping someone from 3CX can help me out here!

Well I guess you realize it now but you should have already been making backups offsite and the free instance is a trial, not for production use so you don't run into situations like this. You'll have to get 3CX help to fix so hopefully @JohnS_3CX or @YiannisH_3CX can help you
