Starting yesterday, users with independent direct connections to the Internet are unable to start a web meeting, when attempting they see "MCU Connection Failed 0x0020". Switching the region from North America to United Kingdom in the Admin Console allows web meetings to work again, however, we should be using the North America region. We are on the 3CX Hosted platform and the only support contact option I have been able to find is from the web login for licensing, which requires purchasing support tickets. The 3CX hosted platform page indicates supporting "Issues relating to 3CX FQDNs, 3CX SMTP Service and 3CX Video Conferencing." How do I contact 3CX Hosted support for this issue?

Hello,

This is resolved, feel free to switch back to the North America zone.

Thanks, for similar issues in the future, what is the expiated way to connecting 3CX hosting support?

Hi @MontEnt for general questions you may use the forum, if any troubleshooting is needed like logs and captures analisis it must go via a support ticket. You may also enter in contact with a partner in your area so he can open it for you, please check this link

We have a partner. It seems support for issues with 3CX Hosting still require either paying for a support ticket or paying for partner incident support.

Thanks
