Solved 3CX Hosted missing when deploying via Reseller Portal

Hello,

I am in the middle or at the end of deploying a 3CX for a new customer and have struck something unusual

I am at the stage where it asks which host to use, on my other installs at this stage I select the 3CX host, at the start of the process on this one, it asked me how I wanted it hosted which I selected Hosted by 3cx and in AU

How do I proceed, one of my sales points was that they had hosted for a year free as advertised on 3CX website, why is it not in the list now ?

Please let me know as soon as possible if you can do this

Sorry, but we dont offer hosting in Australia at this point.... Digital Ocean has no data centre there and even Amazon, Google and Azure costs are way out of line with the rest of the world. We can not do it at the price we can do it for other countries basically.

Of course given its a good market for 3CX we will continue to scan the market for a solution but at present we dont have one.

Yes, thanks Nick, I have now been informed by my partner manager this, very disappointing, as I had built a bit a business model around this solution and was not advised that 3CX were stopping it, I have some on the Hosted by 3CX using google but understand you guys are using them and using another hosting company that doesn't have a presence in AU

I was using it as a bit of a promo for my customers to move over from our current IPPBX supplier to 3CX with the 1 year free, but anyway not sure how to do that now but it is what it is I guess.
