Good luck, you have no access to the back end so are quite limited to what you have access to. This is why I prefer to host myself on a provider platform.

There have been other reports of such issues so I would have a trawl through the forums and see if anyone has had much success in this scenario.

You'll need to contact 3CX to restart the instance for you.

This is because he entered the password incorrect for more than three times.
Try to access your server from different IP address and check if it is correct before.
Regards

I am afraid that is probably not correct. The "server error" warning on login usually indicates that the 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Management Console service is stopped. On smaller instances this is commonly a result of low memory.

I didn't face any request regarding the low memory, after one faulty login a request to rest the password will be send.
If that happen then whatever the warning is the user must not try to login because more than three wrong login the IP will be blacklisted..

So I'm not sure if you are hijacking the thread or misunderstanding the OP's situation but what @florink posted is the correct solution.

For sure I'm not Hijacking the thread it's not a good word.

@florink you are correct, this isn't something as trivial as a login with bad credentials. Hadi Bazz, as a gold partner I would think you would be a bit wiser as to the issue at hand. This seems to be a recurring issue with hosted 3cx servers. A bit of research and you would find this can only be corrected by 3cx and not simply logging in from a different IP address.

Does anyone have a quick and effective way to get in touch with 3cx. It was my understanding that this was the appropriate way.

Still locked out via Server Error which does seem to be stopped services. Thanks for the relevant replies.

Hello @indiedesk

Can you try again now and let us know if the issue persists?

Glad to see the issue has been resolved.
