Hello 3CX Community,
I'm running 3CX Hosted SMB Free V20 Update 10 (build 1716) with VoIP.ms as my SIP provider.
Since the official VoIP.ms template is unavailable in my SMB interface, I configured the SIP trunk using the Ahoy Telecom template.
Current situation:

Contact: <sip:[email protected]:5060>
According to VoIP.ms support, the From and Contact URI user parts should contain the SIP authentication ID rather than the outbound Caller ID.
Unfortunately, the SMB Free interface does not expose advanced SIP header mapping settings.
My questions:
Thank you for your assistance.

Current situation:
- SIP trunk registers successfully.
- Outbound rules correctly select the VoIP.ms trunk.
- Calls to both Canada and Romania fail with SIP 403 Forbidden.
- VoIP.ms technical support identified a possible SIP header mapping issue.

My questions:
- Has anyone successfully configured VoIP.ms with 3CX Hosted SMB Free V20?
- Is there a supported way to correct these SIP header mappings without changing editions?
- If SMB Free cannot support this configuration, which 3CX edition and deployment model would allow it?
Thank you for your assistance.
