Looking to be pointed in the right direction from folks who read / respond to the 3CX Forums:
I have a barebones simple install of 3CX which is HOSTED by 3CX and have made myself the system owner. I have no elaborate call trees or call flows, just several extensions tied to softphones, VoIP phones, and the 3cx app.
The system needs to be upgraded to V20 before the 1st of the year, or they will turn it off - ODD as I have paid for service to April 2025 of next year.
I simply hit the button to upgrade to V20 which tells me it will also upgrade the Debian from 10 to 12. The system logs me out and I assume that the upgrade is being done. Well not the case. I login to the system later in the day only to find it is still V18 and the upgrade button is there again.
I don't see in the dashboard any logs that I can see / read to see what is failing for happening and as a non-profit not looking to spend $75 bucks to have someone push the button for me.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what did you do to fix it?
Thanks in advance for any knowledge transfer I can get.
David
