3CX hosted Version 20.0 Update 4 system not showing Update 5 as available.

As per the title... I have a customer whose 3CX-hosted V20 system is stuck on Update 4.

Nothing special about the setup, pretty mundane - just says: "You're up to date. Last updated: 19/12/2024 18:53" when you go to the update section. The automatic update configuration is enabled but greyed out (which is normal AFAIK):


All other customers just updated without any drama.

Has anyone else seen this?
