3CX iCloud Contact Sync?

Running 3CX V16 Update 7 Alpha.

Is there any way possible to sync Apple iCloud contacts from a users iPhone to 3CX? This way there are names associates with text messages that are sent/received from 3CX rather than just phone numbers.

I didn't find any information online so I'm assuming this is a no but wanted to double check.

No. The iPhone app can view/use the phone contacts (iCloud, Gmail, Exchange, etc.) but not sync them to the PBX. You would need to export them in CSV and upload them in the company phonebook.

SMS messages can indeed show the contacts name if the contact is in the CRM or the phonebook.

By the way, update to U7 Beta friend.
