I am trying to add a new DID rule into 3cx currently running V16 and I am having trouble adding it I already have a sip trunk added. I get this error below, I have noticed that all of the 3cx instances we have are the same unable to add new DID rules.

"In order to add an Inbound Rule, a SIP Trunk must be created first. Go to SIP trunks and Add SIP Trunk."

If you go to SIP Trunks > Your SIP Trunk have you entered your DID number on the DIDs tab?

Then you can create your inbound rule.

siptrunk.PNGYes i have i am trying to add a new one this doesnt work at all

Have you already created inbound rules for these DIDs?

Normally this error comes up when there are non DIDs to allocate.

I have already created numerous DID however after upgrading i get the error sbc is up to date however the Pbx is not updating to the latest version for whatever reason, it is currently running v16.0.5.619.

any way i could get this to work?

issue resolved - there was no free DID's to assign so i added one that was not assgined and this has resolved the issue.
