Solved 3CX incoming calls to SDA

Dear Community,

I use OVH with 3CX System, I correctly configured OVH trunck. I can make call from and to this trunck.
I also can make call from differents SDA but cannot be called with their own numbers. I directly got the main trunck number.

What I have:

• 1 OVH trunck added to 3CX
• 10 SDA number redirected to my trunck (on OVH manager)
• This 10 SDA numbers also added to 3CX OVH trunck
• 10 SDA redirected to their own extension

Could you help me with this case?

Have you created inbound rules for the 10 SDA numbers ?.

If so you need to look at the logs and see what number is being presented to 3CX, as you may have to make changes to the inbound rules

Yes, what I did:
Add my 10 SDA to my trunck (SDAs Tab on trunck conf)
Add 10 DID numbers to inbound rules (just selected from list) and route them to their own extention

As above, you need to look at the activity log, to see what format the number is being passed to 3CX

Your DDI number maybe 01234 4567890, but when you look at the activity log you may only see 4567890 in which case you should change your DDI's to be 4567890

Where 0663981426 is the caller, 0564111091 is the called number (correct french format) and 0033564115491 is the main trunk number with international format

Going on the above, have you entered 0564111091 for the DDI under the sip trunk for 0033564115491

I don't know why but, I regeistered trunk number with 00335... but sda need to be registered without 00335... only 05..
