3CX incomming call notifications in 3rd party apps.

Is it possible to get notification for incomming call from 3CX in my 3rd party apps using webhook or websocket? I looked for solutions, but I found nothing.
They said in this post that 3CX does not have a public API for 3rd party apps. https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/3cx-websocket-service.75428
I just want when someone calls, my system receives incomming call notifications.

There are 4 options for getting popups in your CRM:

1. Use the 3CX server-side integration which requires that the CRM support a REST API
2. 3CX Phone for Windows plugin
3. 3CX Phone for Windows ability to call an external program and pass the phone as a parameter
4. Subscribe to 3CX phone events using the 3CX Call Control API.
