Good Afternoon Colleagues
I hope you are doing good and safe . One of my customers trying to install 3CX under Linux . I sent to him the latest 3CX software version . The attached screenshot which ask him to use web browser or command line didn't appear to him during the setup.

Once setup done , He tries to login to management console using ports 5000 (https) or 5001 (https) or even 5015 (http) but failed.

The ping to server is successful.

Do you have any idea how we can solve this issue?

Best Regards

Is the port 5015 opened on the firewall?

Just to clarify.. does install under linux = install using the ISO?

Hi,

The setup did not complete successfully if he does not see that screen, I suggest he wipes the drive (or VM) and starts from scratch.

This guide needs to be read before he proceeds to install anything:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

Do not use an older ISO, get a fresh one as per the guide.

Why didn't you take a screenshot of what he sees instead of a screenshot of the instructions..

Good Morning Colleagues
Thanks so much for your suggestions . I try the installation locally and it works perfectly to me . Let me check what is the problem with my customer.

Thanks again for trying to help.
