I run about 20 3CX servers in Lightsail instances and today we had one server that become completely unresponsive and required a force shutdown in order for it to come back online at around 8am and then again around 12pm .. both times we waited about 10 minutes but the server never recovered. I can see on the metrics page the CPU is spiking(picture attached), but I can't do anything at all, the console won't even come up so there is no way to do any sort of diagnosing during the issue. This server has on average 4-8 simulations calls at most going on. Any suggestions on how to diagnose or resolve? The server is running on Amazon Lightsail running Debian with 2GB Ram 2 vCPUs and 60GB SSD and Version 20.0 Update 3 (Build 806 Release). Thank you for any assistance.
