3CX Interface Error

I have just installed 3CX and attempted to enter the 3CX Interface, but get the following error: An exception occurred LoginForm Error: Config.server is not connected. Have I done something wrong?

And now I have a second problem...this time with the 3CX Assistant that repeatedly gives me the error in the image below. Unfortunately, I am unable to access its control panel since I also cannot access the Management Console to enter the license key. If someone can tell me how to remove the whole thing from my computer to try again, I would be thankful. Add/Remove programs doesn't do it.
