3CX Internal Caller Name.

Hi all.

I have a question about how to change the extension display name when we execute an internal call.

When we make the internal calls the display name appear inverted (last name and first name).

How to change this in the system 3CX we use Fanvil Desk Phones.

The easiest and dirty solution is to go into the 3cx PBX and invert the entry (last = first and first = last).

Have you checked Settings > Contacts > Options > Phonebook display ?
