3cx international call forbidden

trying to setup hosted PBX to international calls

1. i setup outgoing calls (located in Canada 011, using voip.ms)



and activate E164


Still getting error "forbidden"

any advise?

Hi, @ronenba could you please check the event log and see what is the event displayed for the outbound call that you have dialed.

1. on voip.ms need to activate international calls, to allow which country
2. create proper outbound calls
