Solved 3CX IOS app will not allow connections via WiFi - 3G/4G no problem

Apple IOS force reboot procedure: -

This does NOT result in data being deleted. It just clears the cache.

1. Press the volume up button once.
2. Press the volume button down button once.
3. Keep your thumb/finger firmly on the side button for 25 seconds – ignore what appears on screen.
