Care to provide any more information than that? 3CX version, Yealink phone model/firmware, dial tone source, etc?
Hello @Von Camba
It looks as if the PBX is setup to read the Caller ID from the wrong SIP field. Are you using a supported provider? If not then you need to verify the SIP field the provider is using to send the caller ID and adjust the inbound parameters of the provider. A packet capture of the Activity log could provide some insight as well as to how the Invite message is formed.
It may be, that if a number is not sent (blocked or anonymous?), the the IP is displayed in it's place. What IP is it? The IP of your provider? Do you see that sent in the Activity Log?
You should check under what circumstances this appears and see if you can replicate the scenario. Based on that information you should be able to solve your issue.Hi the problem is its not that always that the IP address appear.. its intermittent. Conducted some scenarios like calling from the DID, calling internally and transfer call internally but dont experience that scenario.
