Why the call is completed if i use an SIP client (MICROSIP) connected to the trunk?
In 3CX i receive a BYE from carrier. This happens to some calls intra-carrier only.

BYE sip:[email protected]:5060 SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP xxxxxxx:5060;branch=z9hG4bKr8kacp20509st590mf00cd0000010.1

From: <sip:[email protected]:5060;user=phone>;tag=ds16327s-CC-1000
To: <sip:[email protected]:5060;user=phone>;tag=54b6dc44
CSeq: 2 BYE
Reason: Q.850;cause=127;text="interworking unspecified"

Regarding your question, the Ip address 187.32.41.246 is the Vivo sip trunks IP address, and this is a bye message from them, so you will need to contact them as to why they are sending a bye message with the Q850 error code with text="interworking unspecified."

Additionally, I recommend editing your post and removing the actual numbers, as this is a public forum that anyone can see.

Hi Charles!

This problem not happen if i use another PBX than 3CX. Example: MiniSIPServer.
IF I setup de Microsip with the access data of the trunk, i can receive the call withou any problem. Im curious because this happens with 3cx only. This is very specific.

Where i can edit my post? Can't find the option.
