3cx is not booting up. Please help

Hi, my 3cx is not booting up for some reason. I rebooted it and now it boot up to this screen and just sit there. Can someone tell me what to do? or how to get it back online? I cannot ping it.

is this the only option? because this client we forgot to setup backup .I was able to login ssh root. how to repair this? please advise.. all services is running and GREEN. but phone are not registering. what is causing this?>
