3CX issue with Grandstream IP Phone

Dear Team,

We are facing and multiple issues with Grandstream IP Phone, the slow response when dial number, hanging at times. Could you please advise a possible solution to fix this.

Phone model: 1620/1625
Firmware ver: 1.0.4.132
3CX ver: 16.0.910

Grandstream GXP16xx are pretty basic and slow anyway. Upgrade phones to remove those issues basically. You can also try to use a different firmware version but it won't change a lot.

Normally, the one provided by 3CX. Sometimes there are later firmwares but 3CX won't support you. I said that because you can try a later one and see if it helps your issue.
