3cx issued certificate renew failed

Hi,

We have 3cx version 15.0 in our organization and we are using a 3cx FQDN.

Our SSL certificate expired a couple of days ago and 3Cx doesn't seems to be able to renew it. If I check the log we have this error :

Error receiving FQDN Creation request System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 151.80.125.67:443

Does somebody know if it's a temporary error or if I can do something to renew the certificate manually. It's causing us a couple of problems.

You probably need to upgrade to 15.5 sp6 as 3cx make some changes to their backend servers

Hello @alinarik

As @Saqqara mentioned you need to upgrade your PBX to the latest version of the PBX to be able to activate your licence key and renew the certificates. The link above should help you upgrade very easily.
