Solved 3cx license conversion

dear 3cx,

i have been using 3cx for 7 years now and had a perpetual license. and every year 3cx send a email asking to renew maintenance license or it will stay in that version and lose some functions.so im used to this process.

but last time they have sent below email and given me options in that to keep my perpetual license without renewing i have to select option 3.

i have highlighted in below image also they have given zero days to action , which is totally unfair after all these years.

so by the time noticed this email and tried to action their zero days is over and my license is changed by 3cx, which is not right without at least further emails.

so i request 3cx and community members to support me in getting justice for me.

1. let me keep my perpetual license without renewal.
Or
2. preferred option allow me to renew my 3cx perpetual license maintenance .

the email received (if I am not mistaken on 2021-06-30) is the 4th and final email in a chain of notifications (30 days before expiration, 10 days, on the day and the one displayed 15 days post maintenance expiration). From the email transaction logs, I can confirm you have received all of the mentioned emails. On 16/07/2021, as no action was taken, the subscription was converted for you into an annual subscription. Since then you enjoyed 3 "free" updates to your version 18 installation.

Going forward, there is no price difference in renewing maintenance on a perpetual license key or renewing the annual subscription you have right now. If you wish to revert to your perpetual, be advised that you would have to buy 1 year of maintenance for the period since the trade-in 2021-06-30 and as this one is nearing its expiration also, 1 more year for the time ahead. Returning to "let me keep my perpetual license without renewal" is not possible as updates have been consumed since. My advice and more cost-effective for you is to renew the current annual subscription.
