Solved 3cx License key Details

Hi,
i had deployed one 3cx hosted instance from partner portal and instead of upgrading existing License key i purchased new license for 16SC[Currently, it's running in 4SC]
I have purchsed new license by May month.
Shall i get refund from 3cx Distrbutor for New License Key and also, Can i get upgrade existing License key for same Refund?
Someone Plz help me on this...

@DivyaP as you may see from the following knowledgebase article, replacing a key is not possible.
Best thing to do is to get a refund for your key and upgrade the existing one.
When key will be upgraded, same day at night time your machine will be upgraded to the new specs.
This is happening to not affect your business during office hours.
