Solved 3CX License Key

Hi

I just installed elastix on a PC in order to use it as our IP PBX.

As soon as i get into the web management interface it asks for a license key. I filled up the form to get the license key at least 10 times with different email addresses and no email is received.

Please help me

Spam folder?
Are you going thru the Elastix website or 3cx website?
The Elastix website requires you to verify your email address before receiving a key.
I do not recall on 3cx.

I checked spam folder on all emails and went thru both websites.

Definitly both websites have issues with the zip code camp on the form because i managed to get the email by using US Zip Code. Previously i was using a Venezuelan Zip Code

The zip code portion is VERY Tricky.

hi @Marko Guarapo ,

Venezuela must be (pre)selected as a country and then you should enter a local Zip or Area code. You must select a result from the dropdown that you get.
