3CX Linux Static IP change

Hi, we have had someone change the External IP configuration address on the 3CX GUI and are unable to access the GUI anymore. How can we revert the changes or update it from within the Linux server on Azure to the original IP?

Hi! So someone changed the settings within the Management Console and now you can't access it, but no changes were done on the VM.

If that's the case, you should be able to access the Management Console by ysing https://<Public IP>:5001 (or whatever port you used).
Yout browser will through you a warning, but if you ignore it and proceed, you should get the login screen and be able to proceed from there.
