3CX Live Chat and Talk - taking ownership of chats

We have recently set up the 3CX Live Chat and Talk plugin for Wordpress, on our website. It's forwarding to a queue, and works fine. Users in the queue can take ownership of incoming messages if they are logged into the 3CX web console, and also via the Android or iOS clients. However, no such function seems to be available in the Windows client; once a conversation starts, everyone will keep getting alerts, as the Windows users can't take ownership.

Have I missed something, or is it just not there?

It is just not there because the Windows/Mac client are not the priority. They concentrate on the Webclient and mobile apps.
