3CX Live Chat WP Plug In - Space bar not working in Chrome

Hi Guys

just setting up a demo live chat on our WP site and the space bar doesnt work in the form when using Chrome.

Works fine in Firefox.

i've tried Chrome in "Dont let the wife know" mode.

Chrome is version Version 85.0.4183.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) WP version is 5.4.2

all plug ins up to date

Any ideas?

Can you please try to disable any other plugin that might interfere with the plugin or try a different theme ?

I disabled all plugins and the problem still exists.

I did however accidentally change the theme on our website and it works so something on the theme we use stops it working in Chrome.

We dont have a web guy and I dont have the knowledge to troubleshoot further so i'll leave it broken in Chrome.
