If you did not do anything to the 3CX how did the issue start and if this is a 3CX issue how was the issue resolved? How did you come to the conclusion that it is a 3CX issue? Why not a firewall or modem or switch issue? The issue is not with the firewall, as everything was alright until about 1.30pm. Then about 45 minutes later, the issue was resolved without further intervention by us.
Since we didn't do anything to the 3CX system before the issue occurred, and also didn't do anything and it was resolved, the issue is clearly a 3CX network issue. Note that our mobile use Singtel, and M1 data plan, so it can't be because of 2 telcos having the same network issue
We cannot, as we cannot conclude that the issue was with 3CX since no action was taken to either device. and the issue was resolved. I recommended checking the firewall as presence issues are often related to ports not being configured correctly. If the OP stated that presence was working and stopped my response would have included other things to check as well like the blacklist for example.Could you please explain how we can conclude the issue was due to a firewall? I am curious to know because if it was due to a firewall then how come it resolved automatically?
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
